Can I edit a personal special message with my order?
Yes, you can! We are willing to take any special custom made order, and willing to edit a personal message with the finished good.
What currency do C Yarn Hut billed?
All prices listed on our website and quoted by us are in Canadian dollars. If paying by credit card with PayPal or credit card, your credit card company will automatically calculate the amount of your purchase in your own currency (e.g. US Dollars).
Do C Yarn Hut provide curb side pick up?
We offer pick up order in person at our studio. Remember to enter code "YVRPICKUP" for ETSY check out. fter your order is confirmed, we will contact you, and we will try our best to arrange a time for pick up order in person.
Do you do shipping?
Yes, but the buyer has to pay for the shipping cost, and we are not responsible for any damages during shipment. We do shipping to Canada, USA, or International. Basically there are three delivery methods, Standard, Express, and Express Air. Of cause the lower the shipping fee, the slower the delivery.
How much for shipping fees?
For Canada, rates generally start at C$12 and increase with size, weight and destination.
For USA, rate generally start at C$12 and increase with size, weight and destination.
For International, rate generally start at C$30 and increase with size, weight and destination.
When is my order ready?
Please allow 2-4 weeks for finishing. May be longer depending on what item you order and how many orders are ahead of you.
Do I have to pay tax?
Yes. 7% PST
